3.5⭐️ rounded up. SMG in her usually fashion perfectly weaves Mexican history and folklore into this novel. It’s honestly my favorite part about it. Going from location to location is as fun and kept the book entertaining. In the end I feel like the resolution was satisfying though a little predictable. The romance was okay for me. A bit cheesy, but overall fine and I was happy with how it played out in the end as a romance realist. Haha
