I was surprised by how much I loved this book. While I have read a few Sarah Addison Allen's novels, it's been awhile. I'd forgotten how sweet they are. Strong characters in this one. A perfect summer read. I started it as we were going away for the weekend and I found myself in a cabin without Wifi. This is a perfect complement to a summer getaway, especially if you can find a lake like Lost Lake. Highly recommend, especially if you're already a fan of Allen's style.
