despite this being a novella, it felt oddly long and wasn't rushed or filled to the brim with boring sex scenes which i enjoyed. a nice little bump to my reading goal which i am determined to complete. at times i forgot this was a lauren asher novel because it features healthcare workers and not men that can buy entire cities LMFAO. it's about intention, ladies and gentlemen, and luke darling had a lot of that. #ifhewantedtohewould
