Ableist BS. I had to give up on this because the idea of an able-bodied person “saving” a disabled character, especially when the able-bodied person has no redeeming qualities, is idiotic. I was expecting beautiful writing, but no… just weird manic-pixie-dreamgirl and assisted suicide with a dash of ableism and weird layers of privilege. It just made me mad to keep reading.
