THE WAY MY EMOTIONS WERE INVESTED IN THIS WAS BOTH AMAZING AND RISKY lol

I literally had to stop and walk off the third act breakup because I didn't want to accept the bump in the road for Alejandra and Auzed 😅 unacceptable emotional turmoil but so worth it 🤪

Similar to Saving Verakko (whoops, forgot to review it) we get to explore another part of Clecania, and in this case, learn about the Sauven territory—culture, society and customs—throughout Tempting Auzed.

And one of the many things I enjoyed reading about was the Sauven living style 😃 Random but each person had their own nest (advanced homes) on different levels against trees and travelled to and from via board—think flying skateboards but make it circle—including markets!

"I'd love to meet him sometime. Could we all have dinner together, maybe?" 
The dreamy grin that had spread over Relli's face as she talked about her husband get even wider. "Yes! That would be wonderful! I have so many questions about humans. Is it true you ride massive insects around your home planet instead of transport boards?" 
Alex chuckled.

Relli and her husband, Jut were the absolute cutest! 💞 The friendship between Alejandra and Relli made my heart hurt in the best way possible; Relli honestly deserved better from her people ❤️‍🩹 Fenut (a lovely shopkeeper) and his sons, Calep and Gosten, were just as great and I really enjoyed how their family kept a connection throughout the story 💕 and lastly, Wilson Phillips 💖

Wilson is an animal called Tuey—think of a flying squirrel + wombat + elephant trunk—and she... is definitely a animal / pet you need to experience first hand lol she's cute tho 😘 

"Did you enjoy the game?" He already knew the answer but asked anyway, wanting to hear her voice. 
"Yeah. I'm glad Gosten made it through." His lips quirked when she responded in a whisper. 
This felt good. Too good. It wasn't sexual or friendly. It was intimate in a way that made his stomach hollow. Something built in his chest. He glanced to the ceiling and saw no sign of lift movement, so he allowed his purr to sound. Alex tipped her face so it was pressed against his chest and smiled. From his other side, Wilson nudged his right leg and rested her head on his thigh. They sat in silence, and after a while, Alex's body melted against him.

Beside the fact that Alejandra and Auzed were both emotionally conflicted during their fake dating / marriage phase on Sauven—Alex wants to go back home to Earth, and Zed's job prevents him from marraige—that sun lounger scene?!?!

SAY LESS 🥵 omgggg that entire date was just chef's kiss! It absolutely lives rent free in my head 🥵

It's been a while since I've been obsessed with a fictional couple but these two... adding them to the list ❤️‍🔥

The Queen tipped her chin at him and turned to leave, her ever-present guards shifting to protect her back. "I'll be interested to see how you get out of the ceremony this year, Max. You don't have long." 
Max grinned at the door as it closed behind her. He'd already formulated his plan.

P.S. the Queen knows knows about Maxu and his wedding ceremony sabotage ??? I'm so keen for his book 😏
