Incredible, vital, inspiring, powerful and one of the most important books I have read in a long, long time. This will be one of those books I implore people to run, not walk, towards. I can only repeat Toni Morrison's review: this should be required reading. Will be thinking with this one for a long, long time, and am already looking forward to reading Coates' words again.
