I loved this book, Jean Meltzer is officially a go-to/auto-buy author for me now! 

Personal perspective: 
Reading about the ongoing pain and pain management that comes with having a chronic illness like this one truly makes me grateful for my own health and I have a renewed appreciation for my body and what it does for me.
