Seeing Stars by J. Sterling
3.0
I have read and enjoyed some other books by this author and when I saw I could borrow this book from the kindle library, I downloaded it. I have to say, I am a sucker for celebrity love stories. Something about reading about an average person capturing the attention of a celebrity is so intriguing. I love them and have read many. I flew through this book in pretty much a day. It was entertaining and easy to get through.
I did feel like the whole story was kind of fast. The whole thing about the childhood crush being the famous celebrity was just kind of random. Especially since we don't learn a can thing about this heart shattering teenage love until like halfway through the book. I feel like the whole thing was kind of out of left field for me. This was a solid first book from the lending library. I don't know that I liked this book enough to continue on with the series though.
