Pictures of You by Jane Elmor

I thought this was a fantastic book. The story mainly involves Luna, living with her boyfriend Pierre. They are both artists. It also involves the story of Angie, Luna's mother who had a "different" upbringing to most living in a free-love commune. The third person involved is Nat who is a teenage mother who has serious problems which lead to neglect. I did wonder about the significance of Nat's chapters to the story. But they are thrown together towards the end of the book in a shocking twist. The book does involve some "colourful" language, so if you're offended by that I wouldn't recommend it.

However, this is still a great book. I couldn't stop reading it and wanted to know how the characters would link together. Well worth a read. I look forward to reading more from this talented author. I will definitely check out her debut novel. Fantastic!
