I adored this book! I had no idea what to expect when I began, but now I *know* that Liz Gilbert may become one of my favorite writers of all time. I felt all kinds of things as I journeyed with Alma Whittaker. I felt as if I *was* Alma Whittaker at times, and that is what a good novel should do for you. I gained so many thing to ponder and reflect upon over the next few days (and weeks)...this book is a gem and a rare gift. I absolutely loved it, but I suspect not everyone will, and that's ok, too.
