🏎️I wanna disclaimer this and say that I was in a bit of a reading slump when I read this so it took me a while to get into it which has affected my rating so my rating may change after I’ve had some time to really sit with how this book made me feel
🏎️I loved how diverse this was! Seeing Dev’s Indian culture through his sisters wedding was a really nice part of the book, and I didn’t know there was disability rep going into this so it was nice to see that the fmc has hyper mobility and chronic pain
There was no third act breakup and I can’t tell you how happy this makes me (slow burn for the win always). This however meant that I was sort of waiting for something bad to happen at the end because I didn’t know going into it (and I wish I did) so if u haven’t read it yet then you have that to look forward to!
🏎️I liked both of the main characters separately and together, and I really appreciated how pathetic for each other they both were
🏎️This is my fault for reading a sports romance but I didn’t care about the sports part of this at all and I got bored during certain sporty bits
