Pretty good start for a series. Good mystery, competent but not all-powerful protagonist, enough explanation to get an idea of the character and the world he lives in but little enough to have lots of areas still to fill in. Some sassyness but not super funny imho. Good action movie style pacing. Nothing was very relatable but I enjoyed the story I'm gonna keep reading.
