I decided to start off my Zodiac Academy reading journey with the Origins of an Academy Bully—I know, this is not a typical reading order—but I honestly have no regrets.
This novella (80 pages) is a solid intro to the series by revealing the events that led up to the Awakening. It is told in 1st person, dual POV featuring Darius and Orion. I was IMMEDIATELY invested in these two characters, and I'm pretty sure Darius is the quickest I've claimed a book boyfriend.
If you're thinking of starting this series, this is your sign to. However, you may want to read this after book 4 if you're a reader that prefers to have more suspense/surprise when reading a series.
