I truly am not sure how this book got positive reviews. The medical plot was inaccurate in multiple ways. I had decided early on it was his niece; I just didn’t realize it wasn’t his sister’s child. I also don’t understand why Emma wasn’t out there Googling immediately. This premise had so much possibility; I wanted to like this book.
