Having lived in the area of The Forgotten Coast from 1993-2009, the memories flooded back as I read this book. The places are real, but the characters and murders are the amazing fantasy of Dawn Lee McKenna. After reading it, I joined Kindle Unlimited so that I could have the rest of the series for free. The descriptions are vivid and I feel as if I am there. The characters are complex but believable. I can't wait to see what happens next!
