The Exiled Fleet by J.S. Dewes
5.0
*MINOR SPOILERS*
A great sequel to a fantastic first part of this series. What Dewes excels in, is creating honest, human characters who, despite being in fairly action-packed sci-fi novel, actually respond to situations like a normal human would. Probably. I can't really say actually, I've never been in space, fought in a war, dealt with space gangsters, infiltrated the mansion of a maniacal dictator or stood close enough to an exploding star to feel the heat, so I am just going to assume that is how people would react. In any case, this is one of my favorite running sci-fi series and I can't wait for book 3.
