I don't know if this is a hard DNF, or if I'll come back and try again sometime, but I just lost my interest when it flashed forward and had dual POVs. (Like, I finished two other books and read another novella in total since I started this, which means I am not sutured in.) I'm fine with single POV, dual POV, omnicient (in certain cases), and even tenses don't bug me too much, but I do like the author to make a choice. I think if Part II had just been from Lucky's POV, even if we switched again at Part III etc . . . , it would have been more compelling.
