Okay I know I'm late to the party on this one lol... Here are my thoughts on Divergent

Wow this book was so Awesome I really wasn't sure at first that I even wanted to read this book but I gave in I'm so very glad I did. Hello Can you say "FOUR"

This book take place in a future dystopian Chicago where the residents are divided into 5 fractions : Abnegation (Selfless), Cantor (Honest), Amity (Peaceful), Dauntless (Brave), Erudite (Intelligent) where at the age of 16 all children must take a placement to tell them which Fraction will best suit them for the rest of there lives.

The story follows a girl named Beatrice "Tris" Prior as she takes her test and chooses her fraction the struggle of fitting in where everything is new including making friends, falling in love. Tris will be put to the test not just physically but mentally an Emotionally making her stronger than she thought she ever could be. All the while trying to keep a secret that could cost her so much more than she knows... Her Life

I give this book 5 stars
