I wanted to like this book so badly. It was a decent enough read as far as keeping me interested, but I think that was mostly out of confusion. There was potential for this story to really go somewhere even weirder than it already did, but just as things were getting super wild, the book ended. No explanations or anything. Maybe that was a choice by the author to make it more open-ended, but I was just left confused by the lack of any resolution or explanation for what happened throughout the entire book.

Also Coomer really likes to use the word "pregnant" to describe things, and really wants the reader to know that the bourbon was 18 years old lol
