Sinful Crimes for the Artistically Inclined by W.H. Lockwood is the first book in the Sinful Crimes Series. It starts with a bang and gets right into all the action.
We follow Joe, who is a slightly tainted sweetheart, and Percy, who is the definition of morally grey. And I'm all there for the tension and banter between them.

Further into the book we get to know Althea, and, well, she is something else.
And this book has it all, awesome character-building, world-building that had me feel like I was traveling, and not to forget the living skeletons, lots and lots of spice, an engaging plot, murder and stealing, and demonic possessions.
All of it is blended into a nice mix of uncovering mysteries with reason and crime, humor, romance, and drama.
I loved every page and I'm looking forward to the second book!
