The Moth Catcher by Ann Cleeves

4.0

I never had a single clue who the killer was. The key connecting information was withheld from the reader to keep suspense for a climactic scene that, to be honest, wasn’t all that thrilling. I get a little frustrated when multiple POV narration intentionally leaves the reader with blind spots like this, so I dropped my rating one star. (Same issue as I had with Harbour Street.) Love this series and this one has a great cast of people in a quaint setting.
