A great continuation from book 1, events that happened in the first book are retold, but in Skylar and Brooks pov. Brooks has never thought of himself as anything but straight, but Skylar's presence puts him on high alert. Skylar is hiding from his recent breakup which left him terrified and insecure. Having Brooks around makes him feel safe and a lot more too. These two become inseparable and Brooks can't help himself when it comes to making Skylar feel safe and wanted. The lacy underwear is an added bonus. It was sweet watching their relationship develop and see Skylar recover from his woes. Despite Brooks having never been with a man there was no hiding and no big coming out story. Next up is Sawyer and I can't wait.
