‘My Darling from the Lions’ is a nonfiction poetry collection about shame, love and healing. 

I’ve been trying to get into poetry for a while now and although I didnt understand most of this, I did enjoy the bits I understood. I hope to at one piint be able to understand the sentence steucture used in poetry, then i will come back and reread this so i can fully understand wgat the authoe was talking about.
