This series seems a bit formulaic which is mostly fine except for the fact that I guess it means

dramatic breakups that are resolved within 5 seconds every time

, more serious aspects that are almost completely glossed over, and there’s still overall odd pacing, in my opinion.  It sounds like I don’t like it😭 but otherwise, it really is mostly fun. Again, nothing revolutionary, but if you’re in the mood to just turn your brain off and be entertained for a bit, this can scratch that itch. Still going to read the rest of the series  because apparently I’m fully in my hockey romance era.
