A Demon's Guide to Wooing a Witch by Sarah Hawley
5.0
It’s official: I’m in love with the Glimmer Falls series! Sarah Hawley weaves her fantasy elements into modern society effortlessly and skillfully, using humanoids to highlight very real problems we’re facing like biodiversity loss and inequality. The romances take place in an idyllic and tolerant small town with some toxic characters, but the romantic relationships develop in such a healthy way.
In A Demon’s Guide to Wooing a Witch we have a spandex wearing (gasp) woman and a supposedly coldhearted demon politician/soul bargainer, who start searching for a powerful witch to help with amnesia. There is just something so special about romances where the characters start off as nemeses, but during a quest, fall in love. At least there is in this one.
