I've been reading these books with the 4-year-old I tutor and it's so cute watching him get invested in this big dragon's friendship with a tiny kitty. Each book has a sweet message about learning how to get along despite being different (those differences can be helpful and they are a unique part of who we are), how to take care of each other's needs, or how to make compromises when sharing a living space with others. The stories get the point across in fun and cute ways, and I greatly enjoy them.
