instead i feel like i've got a half-assed version of it. i feel like the villain of this story had more chemistry with soraya than her love interest and at some point i was really hoping that soraya would just become resentful and the villain of the story. i only started enjoying this book after i had finished half of it already. i'm a little disappointed.
