This was a really sweet novella set within the Blood Bonded Mates world but outside the main storyline (as far as I can tell).

Dante is human but slightly other and likes paranormal and strange topics and this has led to many potential suitors leaving him as they think he’s weird.

Aiden is a vampire who has been hurt deeply by a lover in the past and does NOT want to be hurt in that way again. Yet he is inexplicably drawn to Dante like a moth to flame, and Dante feels the same attraction towards him.

Aiden is not able to hide his vampire ‘quirks’ or white lies from Dante when they start dating, put he promises him patience as long as Aiden doesn’t lie. I really loved this about this story as it proved to Aiden that Dante wasn’t going anywhere no matter what was revealed and he was (mostly) able to reveal everything in his own time.

The Blood Bonded Mates Series is amazing! If you haven’t read it yet you should start today!
