As excited as I was about this seasonal spooky why-choose, I just couldn’t get into it. Don’t get me wrong, the spice was heavy and frequent and *hot*, but my brain just could not keep track of the 17 different characters and competing POVs. Trying to keep up and remember who everyone was and who they were coupled with really threw me off the plot.
