Writers & Lovers by Lily King

the emotional dimension of this book collected fear and insecurity in a picnic basket, only to lay them out in a beautiful array of linguistic delicacies and tasty metaphors. king's notions to the art of writing were folded into the humble patterns of humanity throughout the book, allowing the protagonist to grope with the regular frictions in her life while reflecting on their pull on her emotional complex. the fear in the protagonist is untangled in her tedious path to reclaim her identity from the tragedies it has been wrapped up in.
