Cary had a huge crush on his best friend's brother when he was at school. Now 40 he meets him whilst helping him find a house. He almost reverts back to being a teenager with how giggly and nervous being around Derek. This is surprisingly hot and most of the scenes take place out of the bedroom, which adds so much fun. I found myself smiling all the way through. These two just had a great time together. There is a partial third act break up but not overly angsty and doesn't last long before they both realise how miserable they are apart. A fun addition to this series.
