I like that we’re following two love stories! 

These aren’t the most likable characters, which is disappointing for me because I don’t particularly enjoy reading main characters I don’t like. 

The characters who are most important to each other aren’t communicating, which is definitely annoying—whether romantically or platonically. 

Because the book was so short and featured two couples, I feel like I don’t really know the characters. 

I have now read K.L. Walther three times. Two were meh, and one I loved. I probably won’t read anymore from this author.
