I decided to try this based on Arcane's success. This novel was pretty solid. It's a very accessible and fast-paced story. Reynolds also writes very engaging action and tension. It's not very complex or deep, but it's fun. Wild ending too.

Pretty enjoyable characters too. Primarily Kalista and Ryze. The plot is rather simple and tropey, but I think it was executed well. Again, solid read.
