Super popular, kind of pretentiously written dark academia novel the characters of which I do not connect to at all, but the plot of which is intriguing enough to see where it goes. This is exactly how I’ve felt about Donna Tartt’s The Secret History and now The Atlas Six by Olivia Blake. Neither worked for me personally.
