The book is about a chef named Katie who used to own a well known restaurant called Seconds.
She's trying to start a new restaurant after leaving her first one in capable hands, but it is proving to be more difficult than she could have imagined.
Upon trying to progress her career and reach more success she comes across trying times when her relationship with some of the previous restaurant staff goes bad and she finds out that she really isn't happy with her life choices.
There may be a way out, or so Katie thought when she came across some magic mushrooms she found in her dresser drawer.
Things change for Katie, some good and some terrible.
》
I really liked this, it was very well paced, plot-driven, dark and mysterious.
Usually when I finish a graphic novel, it's rare for me to think I'd read it again; but I'd re-read this again some day because it was a pleasure.
