I loved the first book and enjoyed (though not as much) the second book. The plot of the second wasn't as interesting as the first to me for some reason, but I still really enjoyed it. It's really fun to me that these are detective stories. I can't wait for the next book in the series. If you want to get into reading Brandon Sanderson, these are fun ones to start with because they show off how brilliant Sanderson is but are really short and uncomplicated.
