Prince Caspian by C.S. Lewis

5.0

The second book written, it feels like a small fairytale exploded into a huge adventure story with the qualities i love: treks and battles. The world feels full and with a geography and history that makes sense. It also feels like a mix between Shakespeare and a Arthurian Legend.

I also love the shifts in moods and the way the romps feel so spirited and jovial. Very moving scenes with Aslan. A lot of thoughts kiddos. A lot of thoughts.
