Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones by James Clear
informative
reflective
fast-paced

The concepts in the book are relatively straightforward but can be helpful to someone new to building systems and organization for their habits. The book is a quick read and appreciate that the author makes sure to summarize and continually refer back to important concepts.
My biggest gripe with this book is some of the examples selected. If you are someone who struggled with an ED or just are trying to avoid diet culture, you may find some of the examples provided quite triggering. There is some inherent fat-phobia underlying the author's perception of health related habits. There were many times I was shaking my head at his analysis or example about how to build healthy diet habits.
