Juror #3 by Nancy Allen, James Patterson
4.0
Ruby is a recent law grad and moving on from a broken engagement. She decides to start her practice in a small town in Mississippi where she spent part of her childhood.
It was nice to read, no over the top gestures, no female doing dumb things, no outrageous plot twist. Instead we see how she handles two different cases, both being murder trails, she is the underdog but with her knowledge and some help from an experience lawyer she hangs tough and justice does prevail
