Me getting to 8% was generous. I had no idea what was happening, who these people were, and why this was even relevant. It almost felt as though there were chapters out of order and that we missed a couple big plot points and had to play catch up. I don't feel like having to play mind games with a book to be able to understand it. I would much rather read something that makes sense.
