this book is so good, it's very descriptive in its writing style and you really feel connected with the character as you're reading. it's about a heavy topic, the holocaust and war, so not everyone will like the graphic scenes of the things that happen to the main character. even though it's sad, it really reminds you to be grateful of what you have and always remember the innocent people that lost their lives during that time. the ending is also quite hopeful.
