amazing writing as always (going 3 for 3 with hemingway so far, been loving his books), great plot and perfect pace, and those last 2 pages ?! the conversations about war, death, love, and life ?! the protagonist's romantic and platonic relationships with the object of his love and his friends/"war brothers" ?! i'm in awe of it all
