I read this book a few months ago, because it's one of my friend's favorite books of all time. I usually don't go for the adult romance genre as I don't like mass market paperbacks. I also try to steer clear of anything that takes place in South Carolina, as when I read I like to escape from where I live. However, this book definitely beat my expectations, and I really enjoyed it. It was disturbing and full of twists and I'd definitely recommend it.
