What a ride!
I was pleasantly surprised by the many Stephen King easter eggs along the way. Somehow I only found out that the author is actually King’s son right towards the end of the book. I don’t know how that info slipped through the cracks for me.
Hill introduces a new spin on inscapes, creepy Christmas, and vampires; all in one bundle of a great book. It flows good, creeps you out, and keeps you on the edge of the seat(page). What more could you wish from good old horror?
