The Merciless III: Origins of Evil by Danielle Vega
5.0
i finished this book in early july, but never made a review. i definitely took my time reflecting on this novel because i was so surprised. words could not describe my
complete and utter shock once i finished this book.
it is now late august, and looking back, i have so many things to say. this was, by far, the greatest book by Vega. and i won’t lie, i was extremely hesitant to read this book because i wasn’t a huge fan of the first two.
i loved brooklyn’s point of view, and preferred it over sophia’s. the whole cult setting was utterly captivating and i appreciated the change of scenery. rather than an over abundance of catholicism, we were presented with a much more suspenseful and twisty story, which i greatly appreciated.
i would definitely recommend this book!
