Yona of the Dawn, Vol. 19 by Mizuho Kusanagi

5.0

The first few chapters of this volume are a short story focused on the Dragon Warriors, particularly the Blue Dragon. I am continually impressed with how Kusanagi is able to seamlessly transition from intense drama to laugh-out-loud humor and back within just a page or two. That feature of her writing/art is very strong in this story. As the volume goes on, we get more of the main plot and the return of some major side characters. I'm looking forward to reading more.
