The Miracle Morning: The Not-So-Obvious Secret Guaranteed to Transform Your Life: Before 8AM by Hal Elrod

4.0

It was really good, so far as self help books go. And it made me realise that reading self help books is actually much much better than asking for help and being labelled as "whiny" (personal experience lol).

I was feeling really low for over six months. And I had trouble simply waking up in the morning, albeit it was after 12 in the noon, and I would have zero to no motivation or purpose to pull myself out of my mattress and start the day, forget about working on my goals.

For months, this loop continued. But having read this book, now I'm feeling more ambitious and hopeful about life and my career. It's making me want to START.

The S.A.V.E.R.S. (Silence, Affirmations, Visualization, Exercise, Reading, and Scribing ) is really a wonderful way to kick start one's day. And the way they have been designed in this book is really logical and inspiring.

I recommend this book to anyone feeling lost in life, yet hoping they could become a more productive and goal-oriented person, overall have an improved and healthier lifestyle.
