Another re-read from my childhood. I really like this one. I liked the atmosphere and the creepy elements. I liked Evan and his strange Aunt Kathryn. The plot is silly but I had fun reading it. I did feel like the monster blood could have done more than just grow and grow, but for a child I guess that’d be pretty frightening. I will definitely be picking up the rest of these books soon.
