Maybe I should get invested in hockey?? Idk. I love a hockey romance. 🏒
Worth the Wait is such a fun debut! It is described as a slow burn but it felt much more like an insta-love romance to me. Roman and Grace are basically in love at first sight but have to wait four months to go on their first date so it's kind of a mix? They are super sweet together and have some 🥵🥵 scenes as well with low/quickly resolved conflict. Roman is down for Grace so bad but she's not far behind him! I loved them together but I NEED the next book to be about Liam and Jess. ❤️
I blew through this bad boy in two days and honestly probably could have read it all in one sitting were I not employed. 👀
I did have a couple of icks sprinkled throughout and I thought the story ended so perfectly(!) but the epilogue brought it down a bit. I'm happy to pretend it ended with the last chapter and keep that final line though. 🫣
