i support women's rights, and their wrongs !! this book literally had no right being so good. the characters (i would literally die for li shimin don't play with me.), the world, the themes (which i do think was very heavy handed and unsubtle, like i wish the misogyny was shown more than told but considering the book's pov, it makes sense it was shown this way), they're all so cool. i adore corruption arcs and i can't wait to see where zetian's arc goes in the next book. this story's going to be living in my head rent free until it comes out like omg!!!!
